Please note: If your order is time sensitive, please give us a call to ensure timely handling of your order.
Can I Include Custom Products?
If you have custom products such as company mugs or a special meaningful item that you’d like to include in any gift arrangement, please feel free to drop it by the shop prior to our completion of your order. We’ll gladly include your special item in our gift arrangement. However, please note that we do not accept responsibility in any way for any items you provide to us for inclusion in a gift arrangement. We also reserve the right to refuse any items we deem inappropriate for any reason.
Do You Have A Substitution Policy?
Occasionally, due to product availability, substitutions may be necessary. All substitutions will be with product of equal or greater value. During busy holiday seasons, please be sure to order early.
What Is Your Local Delivery Area?
We deliver locally in Ottawa, Nepean, Kanata, Orleans, Gatineau, Hull, Aylmer, Gloucester, Manotick, Stittsville, Greely, Carp, Carleton Place, Barrhaven. We locally deliver or ship just about anywhere!
What is the Procedure If the Recipient Is Not Home?
In the event a recipient is not home at the time of delivery, our drivers will attempt to leave the gift with a neighbour. A door knocker tag or phone message is left for the recipient indicating that we were there with a delivery for them and they are advised as to which neighbour is holding their gift for pick-up. This procedure avoids any further delivery charges to the sender for re-delivery.
Do You Ship Out of Your Local Area?
Yes, we can deliver just about anywhere.... across North America or internationally. Please call for international shipping/delivery rates. Shipping charges vary based on size, weight and destination.

What Are Your Payment Methods?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex online, by phone and in our shop. We can also process Interac payments in our shop.
In What Currency Are Your Prices?
All pricing on this website is in Canadian funds (CAD). Pricing is subject to change without notice.
Are There Delivery Fees and/or Taxes?
Delivery or shipping fees and applicable taxes are added to all orders. All delivery and shipping fees listed on this site are base rates and are subject to extra charges based on destination, overweight sizes, multiple deliveries to one address, wrong addresses provided or deliveries to more than 1 address.
What is Your Return Policy?
If any gift item or floral product arrives damaged or broken, we will be more than happy to replace it. Please call within 24 hours of receipt to arrange for a replacement. Broken product must be returned for replacement or refund. Due to health and safety concerns, we do not accept returns on food or bath products unless defective on receipt. Shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable.
How Do You Handle Order Cancellation?
To receive a full refund, cancellation of an order must be received prior to our completion of the order. Once the order is completed and ready for delivery, no refund will be given. Deposits on large quantity or custom orders are non-refundable.
What is Your Privacy Policy?
Your privacy is important to us. Any information we collect is solely used for completing your order or our future marketing. We will not disclose your information to any party not associated with our order processing. Use of this website is considered acceptance of these terms.
