Shipping charges will vary according to size, weight and destination.
Please ensure that you provide us with the correct, complete and up-to-date address (with postal code) and telephone number of the recipient. We cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses. Further delivery/shipping charges will be applied for incorrect addresses and necessary redeliveries. Incorrect delivery/shipping information may also result in delayed delivery/shipping.
For residential deliveries, we usually contact the recipient to ensure they will be home to receive the gift. At times, although they indicated they will be there, they are not. In this event, we attempt to leave the gift with a neighbour and advise the recipient of this. In case a redelivery is necessary, extra redelivery charges will apply. The customer or the recipient has the option to instruct us to leave a delivery at the door of the delivery address. If we are so instructed by either the customer or the recipient it is done so at their own risk and Baskets and Blooms for your Inc. takes no further responsibility for damage or theft after the delivery is left.
For timely delivery around Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and other holidays, please be sure to place your orders early to avoid disappointment.

Multiple orders delivered to one address are subject to extra delivery/shipping charges.
Local orders can be delivered Monday to Saturday. Out of town shipping orders are delivered Monday to Friday.
